This proposed law was not passed. The tax is the 33% VAT. They have a surtax on their
net profits of 33%.
We have here various ' surtaxes " on different type of commercial activities, as much as " rebates" on others...
But needless to say,
net profits are near non-existent in the porn business, at least officially.
We are saying roughly the same thing, but not the same way.
