Actually you do control payouts.

1 you run multiple billers on the same page without the affiliate having anyway of getting paid if the sale goes through the other processor.

2 You mentioned in another thread you at one time had a billing option for a trial that would not give credit to the affiliate your words not mine. That is called fraud.

3 you set up the payment paramenters in CCBill so do not tarnish a good company with your inability to understand the payment system. If you needed help they are

4 you were made well aware of all this long ago and ignored it.

5 Nicky could report nothing at the time due to the fact he had no idea he had even made a sale so who should he complain to

Personally I hope ccbill terminates your account, you said you were dropping them anyways in your other thread, so you should not mind if I point them to this thread.

Last thing its a few bucks just pay them, if your new proccessor suddenly closes shop then what are you going to do?
Actually just get out of the internet bizz and find something more of your caliber to go do.
