LOL, ever worked with 'mainstream' affiliate CPA companies? Do You know about those Acai 'free trial' offers that rebill at $90/month after few days and they let you know about that only in the TOS?

So while you guys are discussing how bad it is to put pre-checked crossel boxes under the 'confirmation' button, these so called 'mainstream' programs are scamming right and left by not even putting the notification on the order page but by hiding it in the TOS. LOL - what boxes??? Your are all nuts. There are no fuckin boxes at all. I'm telling you they just inform you about all that in the small print that's not even on the order page. You have to actually click on the 'Terms of Service' link to see it. And yes it is a common thing and both affiliates and merchants are banking hundreds of millions on those offers and it's not just Acai, but also biz opps (ie. offers like Google Profits) and lots and lots of others.
