I do that, I manage the people who I hire and also work myself, this position is for people who will do the work.

Not to sound like an asshole but things move quick in these days, people who cant work and get stuff done quick vs. talking about it or pushing things off aren't really meant for this, but I do guarantee you that if you work and you dont miss deadlines and keep your word you will only keep growing and keep making more money.
