I swear doing anything with Moniker with their website is like a fucking maze, hard to figure out shit, and nothing lets you know if something worked or not. I feel like a beginner to the internet when I have to ask them for help all the time...just because they poorly design their web services.

i've never had issues with moniker. i have a lot of domains with them.
my partner owns directnic.com - i use them exclusively for important domains because they don't play any kind of games, their system is easy to use etc. they don't try to fuck you through a confusing maze of upsell BS, they don't do the shady shit of other registrars like snatching up good domains you searched for etc.
