sysk, i support your prediction, but most likely it will be html6 that kills flash not html5.

I understand many here are not able to vision this as flash seems to be able to do so much/everything at the moment, but the reason this will happen is:

1. Flash is proprietary and closed source, while javascript is open source, and open source evolution always beats closed source.

2. Flash is a plugin while html/javascript engines are natively built into browsers, so it will a LOT faster.
