Not sure what is going on, but the lady who answered the support ticket was clueless. When I finally got the domain to renew...it said my cc was no good. Got on the phone with the cc card company they said everything is fine. I even sent them a screen capture...the last email they said they wanted some code or something. I am just going to wait until Monday...to speak to a living person on the phone.
I swear doing anything with Moniker with their website is like a fucking maze, hard to figure out shit, and nothing lets you know if something worked or not. I feel like a beginner to the internet when I have to ask them for help all the time...just because they poorly design their web services.
