Some of these programs scream "WE HAVE PPC", but then you sign up and it's a myth. You get hit with the ol' "You gotta be a long time converting affiliate for that" bullshit... Which one of these programs listed here actually offer PPC off top and have a mainstream site to push? ...besides AFF
