Clinton had the final say on that one.....but didn?t Clinton send over the troops to begin with initially.
Bush I (President 41) did.....and left the mess for Clinton.....funny now the same has played out with....Bush II (President 43) in Iraq, Afghanistan & the Global Economic Crisis. Look at the wiki page as it says 2008/2009.....its funny to see that Obama wasn?t sworn in until 2009.....
