would you have them rather supported Yanukovich?

people were given hope to believe in democracy.. but as we see now it was false play. people are not stupid, hopeless but not stupid.
I was not so long ago hoping and believing Ukraine will begin to develop and implement Europian standarts.. now I see it differently: all big talk "We want to be in EU" but nothing is done about it. Politicians are like vouchers there just looking to bite a bigger juicier piece for themselves than the guy next to him. Liberal views and approaches are close to nonexistent there when it gets to governmental functions.
Cyberxxx ,you can't debate Russia != Ukraine with westerns, we are all Russians to western word.) Although when I say I'm Ukrainian, it's recognized)... Russia continentally is Europe and Asia, but the only place you will see Europe in Russia are downtowns of two largest cities. Russia is Russia, you can't compare it with rest of Europe) it has it's own colour (колорит) completely unique from rest of the world.
