however, twitter is a good place for business. from what ive heard, its the same as just posting an rss feed all over the place, now people are going to a middle ground. I have a customer that uses twitter almost everyday to update everyone on her products and items that are selling on her website. she has like 400 followers and says she is getting a lot of sales from it.

Yes, and now myspace fad is over and it's move on to Face Book... Hence the reason for my post. I think the Twitter "fad" is likely going to start going down hill as well.
Then everyone will run off to the next cool thing. While of course twitter will still be around I'm betting it's getting close to peak. The kiddies aren't going to hang around when their moms and dads are using it.
After all it's the teenage kids that make these social sites big..
