OMG!, if you let the social Democrats who run this state, be allowed to rax taxes by a simple majority, then this state is truly over. I have lived here most of my life and Prop 13 was passed because of seniors were losing their houses because they could not pay the property taxes.

Hell no, if they can't get a 2/3rds vote then they should not be able to pass anything. They can't stop spending money and this is the reason. They have spent way to much money on nothing.
