I'm not clearing anything at all. I guess I am just as clueless as MOST white people are about black culture. I thought it was basically like the MTV awards. I may have thought otherwise if I had seen ads on mainstream channels of things I watch. However I saw none. No mentions in the channels I watch, online or TV or print. So I guess it's an exclusive club.
So not only do I not understand it, but blacks make sure I can't find out and then label me as a racist when I have a mixed idea of what the awards are.
