I started working out again today. With all the travel and work lately I haven't had much time for myself so vowed to start making time as of today.
Did 30 mins cardio and then 15 mins yoga to stretch & strengthen. It's a good start to my week!

Btw - Congrats Scooter on being motivated enough to get to the gym! Motivation is the hardest part! Keep up the good work my friend!
