So, I emailed after waiting a week and was told sales was on vacation.

2 days ago someone else (have since deleted the email told me to email [email protected] .. which I did 2 days ago.

Still no response.

Email would have been from [email protected], requesting information on accepting this on a few websites.

I am looking into this right now. I have a few meetings outside the office, but as soon as I can I will post a reason / answer.
