This guy had access to best doctors in the world and was a big hypocondriac so my guess is that it was his time to go, like it will happen to all of us one day. I don't mean no one should not pay attention to their health, but there is something more to death then just health.
Very Sad, I really loved the Thriller album, was the work of a genius entertainer...
