From what I've seen, all they're banning is bullshit that didn't deserve to be ranking anyways.
Good news for people who create real sites with original content. Bad news for people who use the latest greatest SE widget script to try and create a site with a few mouse clicks and sit back and wait for the $$ to roll in.
