I didn't see Netrodent's post but he has some valid points.
As for the programming/design part, we can cover the full range. 4 Engineers (not hobby programmers) and 2 junior programmers, 2 designers, 1 junior designer, 1 drawing artist, 3 PC operators and this is when services like
Adult Worker come handy, you don't need extra space, benefits or anything, you pay for the work and that's it.
But you'd need an SysAdmin and your own server to say the least. Accountants can be out of office, but you'd need administrative people and also sales/marketing persons, not to mention somebody who cleans!
Anyway, if you want to go on with this, you'll need some real cash. But it's not as much as they will tell you
