Doesn't matter if you send the traffic to the company who's marks you're infringing or not. Legally they could sue you, whether they would actually do so or not depends on the company and how you infringe on their marks.

There's an old thread here about people who had Tawnee Stone domains getting C&D's from Lightspeed, even the ones promoting Lightspeed with the domains.
