I agree that WebAir service is top notch. I couldn't be more happy with my web hosting company and after 13 years in this business, that is really saying a lot because I've been with some really really really crappy companies over the years.
I still have one jack ass company billing me from seriously 10 years ago. They bought some really small company I was with and they messed up the billing / invoicing in the buyout process so since they were going to double the rates with the new guys I just left them anyway. 2 or so years later I got a bill for $10,000. Mind you my bill was like $30 a month from back then. This company can't tell you what I owe the money for, just that I owe it.
Anyway WebAir is nothing like that. Honestly, they rock!! They are friendly, super super super helpful and best of all they answer all my dumb blonde questions with a smile.
