Not really sure as I was in front of him at the time. He said he was attempting to change lanes when something (he does not know what) got it the way causing him to go down on one side then flipped to the other.
A lady came back and said a car clipped him and kept going. They got the info of the other vehicle, so we will have to do some investigating. CHP seemed to think he may have hit one of those Bott's dots wrong. A fluke.
It was fairly low speed, 50-55.

What was funny was I had invited him a few days ago to join us on a ride this Sunday, but he had plans. Apparently they got delayed and he happened to show up at our destination for the day.
