I would recommend this domain be developed because the current site is a white label which is not search engine friendly and all traffic to the domain comes direct from other sites. because of this, current traffic is low at around 5-15 visits per day.
This site in its current form has made $103.04 since February 2009.
Reason for sale: Too many new projects to be able to develope this into a decent site.
