well i guess it depends on one's definition of A-List these days - if you're talking about celebs that are household names where a 20 year old, a 30 year old, 40, 50, 60 would probably know the name - that's a pretty small group, major movie and tv stars, a handful of superstar pro athletes, major musical artists that have some crossover appeal - then this chick isn't A-List.

i'm over 40, don't know this girl or her name but I do know that Gossip Girl is a big deal with young chicks. It's a reality or magazine type show I assume.
