I've had boyfriends who have not been cool with it, and that can suck, I've also been out with guys who get overly excited when they find out, and that kills things for me too. I think it's all about finding someone who understands, not necessarilly someone in the biz. My current man friend is down, he's not in adult, but he is in internet and had been in online dating. I don't know if that helps or not, it has caused a few arguements...
I've never dated within the industry but I know people who have and I've heard their greif first hand of seeing an ex at tradeshows, etc and I wouldn't want that. I like to have the option of never seeing my ex again if I choose to. I guess it goes back to the old saying "don't shit where you eat."
