Funny you ask. I get text messages when I use my credit card online. I love this service.
So I get a text yesterday saying I spent $1 on paypal. I only have a work paypal. I have no personal paypal connected to my credit card.
Well I freaked out because OBVIOUSLY someone was salami slicing (taking small amounts of $ from tons of people) and someone had obviously stolen my credit card(s) and went through the hour of calling both credit cards and cancelling them and reordering.
Fucking internet.....makes me really think twice about buying shit on there if company databases are being hacked. I rarely ever put in my cc info (a few times to amazon, a few times to rampage clothing, maybe something else random occasionally) but I was pissed.
Ya, so someone illegally used my cc on the internet yesterday to send himself $1. Which the fucker ISN'T getting from me!
