I said "in general" referring to all laws trying to be passed right now regardless if they govern the issue at hand in this thread, to the right to bear arms, to religion in school (the pledge of allegiance, smoking in public, to defend yourself in your own home (the intruder that broke into a family home, hurt himself--sued the family and won)...the govt. can now tap phones and look at your email without a warrant due to the passing of the homeland security act", etc. and I could go on forever with this list.
