US aren?t quick on the trigger because they are cowards. It's easy to attack Afghanistan and Iraq but it is a bit harder to attack someone who can actually defend themselves. Kind a funny to see how USA is justifying war on Iraq with POSSIBILTY of WMD?s while NK are actually bragging about how all of their plutonium will be used for nukes.
