Why does anyone other than that person need to know anything about their medical history unless it is to be used for nefarious reasons. To give an example. Let's say this new health system they want comes to fruition. Then let's say you maybe you've owed a bunch of money for a long period of time. They've never been able to collect the money from you but having a god look into this computer they find you do have a pretty good set of lungs that could bring a nice price.
