For sure, dancing is harmless. But for example, if I were one of those people calmly sitting there a few feet from that guy, and then in a couple minutes its this huge crowd on top of me I would be pissed.
By the end of the video, it looks like the people who rushed over standing at the edge of the crowd do not even know what is going on. They just ran over there.
It reminds me of high school, when at lunch a fight would break out and people would hear "fight" and just run towards where the crowd was gathering. I didn't go to a school in the hood where they had guns, but still, who knows what was going on to just run over there. People scare me!
