If the photographer is half decent looking with some sort of personality, he is banging the models. It may not be right before the shoot or right after, it maybe the next day or that weekend or what ever. Once you are working with someone and you develop some sort of rapport with the models, you are banging them, outside of the business aspect of it.
Heck even guys who bag groceries at the supermarket bang girls they work with. Why would you expect that it doesn't happen in such a sexually charged environment?
I am sure even the old, ugly guys get laid by models once in a while.
