My experiences, I don't know how you'll be able to scrape sponsor content unless there is an easy system to access to grab all info needed... But to scrape other sites it shouldn't be hard and is just a little bit of special coding for each site you want scraped.
I can write a class that will scrape any site you want, of course you can't just throw a url at it and it can scrape it, each site will have special code in the class for it, so before being built it will need a list of sites to scrape.
But it's hard to truly tell you the extent and how much it would cost until I knew all that is wanted feature wise... But scraping isn't hard.
For the class, and probably 6 sites will run about $700.
To have a 100% fully custom site built around the class with all the features of a tube site, will cost roughly $1500 to $2000.
