Yeah I like this concept (pay per minute or better pay per download).
First people HATE recurring charges second with pay per download there will be some horny "whales" who will spend lots of bucks in an amok...
Or even more interesting would be "pay ber bandwidth" - people would pay per GB downloaded, but I never saw anyone offering this model...
