I agree with Sly. Do some videos, sell them and make money from other webmasters buying her content. Sell at non exclusive value so you can still use them later once you build up enough.
Use
www.clips4sale.com and other places to sell her content to surfers.
Register a domain for her and link to the clips4sale shop.
