As far as their late night coverage goes, some of these people are just talking heads...and it gets ungodly annoying. Once they get a "late breaking" story, they pound it to death until you've heard the same information thirty times. As soon as I hear the same story twice, I check the other channels and if stuff is repeated there I kill it all together.
A lot of the time (because of location of embedded reporters) all three of the major stations will be covering three major things happening. It's impossible for one to catch it all...which is about the only reason I flip around. Overall though, Fox takes the cake.
