I think the fact that she was the first one who played a part in her own marketing too... is big.
She was the first who could put a few sentences together about promoting herself.. and not just fuck Charlie Sheen and hope to be famous ;) like the other big names before her.
The fact that Wicked publicized that she was one of the first to ask for a real percentage... Made people sit up and listen...
People's ears perked....
She'd go on Howard Stern and wouldn't just be coked out of her mind, bubbly and stupid... she'd challenge him...
The women before her were just really dumb, coked out, mouthpieces...
Ya know the stereotype the Porn Church likes to say that all girls are nowadays? Everyone WAS that stereotype before Jenna.. and Jenna sorta owned and embraced her "fucked upness" and was candid.
Another question to ponder.. Imagine if Asia Carrera would've used her brain while in porn... she'd have ended up bigger than Jenna.
