lol notice how after he was done trying to grab the guy he still held his hand on the guys throat while talking to him? since when is it a police procedure to hold a guys throat while trying to get him under control?
im surprised this even happened, with a regular guy yeah... but ive talked to cops that said no matter what they wont give tickets to ems drivers, doctors, fire fighters, and nurses simply because they dont want to have to possibly put their life in the hands of someone who they were a dick and gave a ticket to if something happens to them.
