You are currently fighting two wars and are up to your eyes in debt. How to you suppose you could afford a 3rd or 4th war? You can't.
That is just the reality of the situation. A 3rd war would break your country and a 4th... a 4th, which may be one to actually defend itself from an attacking foe, would be a lost war.
