You know, it's not so much that nobody else is allowed to have nuclear weapons. It's that North Korea is a starving nation surviving on the hand outs of the rest of the World. It's been this way for some time. Part of the agreement in them getting those hand outs is they're not to build a nuclear program. Seems reasonable.
It's like living in your parents house as an adult. Sure, you're an adult and you can legally do whatever you want, but since you don't provide for yourself and rely on others to do so, you have to live by their rules.
If North Korea doesn't like being told what to do by the rest of the World, maybe their leader should act like an adult and abandon the weapons race and concentrate on paying his own room and board.
