I read somewhere today that there have been 2,054 nuclear bombs exploded in the history of the world.
99.9% of those were done by the "big nuclear powers"
It's nice to think we can trust those powers, but none of you can predict the future.
It's not that bad to have some parity. Unless you like the idea of a few countries having complete and utter control of the globe with no balancing force.
Divide then conquer right? The big superpowers are in divide mode atm. We just haven't seen the conquer yet.
