you're right. no bad dictators in the world would exist if the US didn't cause them to exist. hopefully the USA will dry up and blow away so the world can go back to its usual, long time routine of nothing but spreading peace and love and happiness.
if you weren't isolated geographically and sitting in the shadow of a friendly super power and instead, were sitting in the shadow of a country that openly keeps threatening to destroy you... you definitely would have a different view.
