My suggestion would be to shoot a SHITLOAD of content before putting the site up. I had about 40 quality video/pic sets and about 30 prewritten blogs before we went live and I was amazed how fast they went! Plus it's such a relief to know you have a good amount of content stock piled in case something happens and the model has to take some time off.. as models often do

But that's kinda common sense
Also be HONEST with the model don't make her any stupid promises don't tell her you plan on making her the next Jordan Capri or "in no time you'll be making 10k a month" cause it's just not going to happen! Having a solo site is def a work in progress and I work on my site DAILY and I still get a shitload of emails to answer everyday and guys asking for MORE MORE MORE so I hope she's in it for the long haul
