Sorry I can't help you with PC Cleaner stuff.
I can say that the audio settings cause lots of problems on the Mac version
Trying small audio settings changes
Also the destination folder sometimes gets screwed up try a new one
Hope this helps on a PC, it works on a Mac
I can tell you that most users of Cleaner have a sort of Love/Hate relationship with this program
