I used to promote AWE, and did well with them averaging 1:600 to 1000. This was SE traffic but not particurlarly for cams. BUt it converted, and then one day, the conversions stopped so I started with Camspot. Still getting good conversions with them at 1:450 to 1:1000 same traffic. But where I am KILLING it with Camspot is the PPS+Rev.
