He spends as much energy lambasting the ex programmer (you in the example) as he does asking for a coder.
If Stinkboy didn't want the drama he would have posted something like this:
But that wouldn't have accomplished what he wanted to. He got the drama he wanted and more.

Yes, me pointing out the attributes that I would not tolerate in a new programmer is so terrible. No one hardly knew who the programmer was, and if he would of kept his yap shut no one would of.
