North Korea said they need this for "defense". Since when did nukes become a defensive weapon? It's only a defensive weapon when the person who attacks you or who you attacked doesn't have a nuke. The moment North Korea launches a nuke on South Korea - and the fifty thousand Americans still stationed there fifty years later - the US will nuke them.
It's getting to the point where everyone has them. And the moment one goes off in the US as a terrorist attack, the US is going to nuke half the world.
