Allow me to put the simple wrinkle in your concerns. You worry about all of the rebranding, watermarking, etc. if you get moved to .xxx - who says you will get the .xxx? There are other TLD's out there and just because someone had the .com nobody says they automatically get the .xxx

Believe me, I have already thought about that. In fact, that has been my main concern ever since I heard about the whole .xxx issue years ago....and that's why I would register my domain name the
very first second it was made available.
