it has enough special effects and BTS stuff that it could easily produce 2-3 dr who confidential type show for each episode.

When you add all of the ad revenue you could get by replacing the what on now and whats on next and the clips from the next show. This show could easily cover the entire cost of production. Especially when you take into account the fact that the get to reuse the sets from the terminator salvation movie.
