Check your facts... since Obama took office there have been NO NEW PRISONERS placed at gitmo... every one of those prisoners were taken under Bush... he isn't expanding the program. It's funny to me that you are quoting Rachel Maddow (a raging left winger). All he said was that they are working on a plan... he hasn't introduced a plan yet... all he did was discuss it.
