Yes, we already had a staff meeting about this and the techs were made aware that 2 minute times were NOT acceptable. I told the techs that our goal for the rest of the year is to have negative times. I want tickets where a tech says "we divined that you were going to ask us to add a domain to your server and have already taken care of that for you. No need to let us know if you need anything else because that's done already as well" Time to close - minus 37s
