Oh man, I'm not trying to come off as an ass, I think it's great that a host actually takes the time to do everything to make their customer happy, I just don't like that type of host... haha
Personally, you guys would NOT be someone I'd go with for the whole fact that sometimes, I could sit in my control panel, adding sites, email accounts, databases etc, and completely delete everything all within a day... I'd go crazy having to send 30 tickets a day just to test stuff out and tinker with things.
